These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on kindoffine.com and apply to customers residing in Europe (EU/EEA).

2. Orders

When you place an order on kindoffine.com, you enter into a binding agreement for the purchase of the selected products.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We recommend that you review the order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if there are any errors or omissions.

All products are produced only after an order has been placed.

3. Prices and payment

All prices in the webshop are shown in the selected currency and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout. The payment amount will only be charged once the order has been processed and sent into production.

4. Production and delivery

All products at Kind of fine are custom-made to order.

Estimated delivery time:
10–14 business days from the date of order.

The delivery time includes both production and shipping. Longer delivery times may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier. In such cases, you will be informed.

Kind of fine cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Kind of fine offers a 14-day right of return.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must request a return in accordance with our return policy, which can be found here:

Once the return has been approved, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. Products that have been used, damaged, or otherwise diminished in value may be rejected or partially refunded.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the return shipment is sent until the refund is completed.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Right to complain (warranty)

You are entitled to a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish purchase law.

The warranty covers defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage or wear caused by incorrect use, washing, storage, or normal wear and tear.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. When submitting a complaint, please include photos and a description of the issue.

7. Returns in case of approved complaints

If a complaint is approved, we will either:

  • replace the product,

  • refund the purchase amount, or

  • offer another appropriate solution.

Returns may only be made by prior agreement.

8. Personal data

When you shop at Kind of fine, we process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required to complete your order.

9. Complaints procedure

If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact us directly so we can try to resolve the issue.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Purchases made on kindoffine.com are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
