Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased from Kind of fine — whether you’ve changed your mind or the product didn’t quite live up to your expectations — we’ve made the return process simple.

Step 1:
Click the account icon next to the shopping cart in the top right corner.

Step 2:
Enter the email address you used when placing your order.

Step 3:
You’ll receive a 6-digit code at that email address.

Step 4:
We review your return request and either approve or reject it.

Step 5:
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
Attach it to the original packaging (the item must be unused and in its original packaging) and drop off the parcel at your nearest drop-off point.
The return shipping fee is €6.

Step 6:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed (return shipping of €6 deducted).
Please allow 7–10 business days from the time you drop off your return package until the refund is completed.
